The staff was very nice. We had a few things we had to ask about and they were very quick to respond/fix. The location was easy to get to everything. We had a dog with us, they had plenty of grass to walk your pets. Rooms were very clean and ours looked recently updated/remodeled.

I love the location and how well lit the parking areas are as well as it has nice grassy areas for my service dog to be taken to for bathroom breaks. The price for the room is very reasonable.

Quiet location. The staff is beyond friendly. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and there are lots of pillows to choose from.

the Royalton was a great budget option. by no means would it be winning any awards but it was a safe and comfortable place to stay on our trip

The pool felt amazing and the room was clean and comfortable and cool. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

The location was very convenient and close to the convention center as well as restaurants. It was very well lit and very quiet. There was plenty of grassy areas for me to allow my service dog to potty and the parking lot and grassy areas were kept clean and free from glass and other potential hazards.

I travel to Wilmington somewhat frequently and have found the Royalton to be a hidden gem-- basic, but very clean and with excellent front desk service!
